Refund Policy



At Peace & Love Tattoo Studio, we’re dedicated to delivering Tattoo and making sure every customer is fully satisfied with their order. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, our return and refund process is designed to be simple, smooth, and hassle-free.


Tattoo Services

  • Non-Refundable: Payments for tattoo services, consultations, and deposits are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your deposit.

  • Satisfaction: We take every effort to ensure your satisfaction during the tattoo process. Adjustments or touch-ups will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional charges.

Online Products

  • Eligibility: Refunds are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect products only.

  • Request Period: Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Process:

    1. Contact us at Peacelovetattoos@outlook.com with your order number and issue.

    2. Provide photos of the defective or damaged product.

    3. Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Items that are used, customized, or not in original condition are not eligible for a refund.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging, including all parts, manuals, and accessories

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

If you accidentally placed a wrong order, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. We do not accept returns beyond the 30-day window.

Return Method

All returns are handled by mail only. We do not accept in-store returns for online purchases at this time.

Return Label

A prepaid return shipping label is included in every package.
To return an item:

  1. Repack the item securely in its original packaging.

  2. Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the package.

  3. Drop off the package at the nearest shipping carrier location listed on the label.

If you have misplaced your return label, please contact our support team to request a new one.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee. Returns are completely free of charge for items that meet the return criteria.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help. Please:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery

  • Send the photos along with your order details to: Peacelovetattoos@outlook.com

Claims submitted after 7 days or without visual proof may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or credit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
